FREE Shipping: Only Applies to Domestic Orders in the United States. (Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico excluded).

International Shipping: We will ship to most countries that allow us to do so. Buyer’s are responsible for shipping costs, customs fees and duties.

If your country is not listed in our drop down menu then please contact us at support@marblorbit.com with your country shipping request. We will investigate options to ship to you if possible.

All international orders will be shipped via Fed EX international “collect”. Fed Ex will typically contact the customer based on the contact information that is provided in the order to collect payment for customs fees and taxes prior to delivery.

Make sure to check any spam mail folders after your order ships and ensure that you have entered in a correct phone number so that Fed Ex can reach you. Should you not respond to Fed Ex in a timely manner to arrange for payment they may confiscate or return the product to the shipper.

MARBL LLC will not be responsible for any confiscated or returned packages due to the customers inability or failure to pay for duties and customs fees. We strongly advise that you use the tracking information that we provide to follow your order and contact Fed Ex if they fail to contact you.

MARBL LLC and its shipping carriers will not be held responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Any packages returned to us will either be held without refund until a new shipping address is provided or returned to our inventory and assessed a 20 percent restocking fee.

2nd attempt shipping fees will be charged to re-ship a product that was returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

Should you realize that you entered in an incorrect address after submitting your order then call 1 (800) 451 5569 immediately to request a change of address. No fee will be charged if we are able to change the label before the order is picked up.

Requests that occur after the unit has been picked up by the shipping carrier may result in a change of address fee.
